Humor and playfulness are incredibly potent ways to work through relational challenges and conflict. It takes the heaviness and seriousness out of relating and makes things so much more fun and alive. Your relationships become a playground for wild expression.

Now this is not to say never to be serious, there is a time for that. But the gift of this episode is in the teaching of how to incorporate humorous and playful elements into the conflict so that you can create more openings for mutual understanding, growth, and connection, through the challenge.
