As humans, we all deeply desire to feel a sense of belonging. So much so as humans our egos create identifiers and groups to create this sense of belonging when in reality the fact that we are breathing and living on this planet should be enough of a reason to “belong”. 

We have all felt isolated, and have consciously or unconsciously contributed to another's isolation. It's par for the course of being a human. And so, In today’s episode of Divine Union, Nicola discusses this phenomenon and shares some personal anecdotes of navigating this space and her feelings of isolation at times. She shares some interesting insights to ponder, that may bring more peace to challenging group dynamics without letting them affect your self-esteem.
