In this session, I sit down with Kathy and Mikal, a devoted couple who’ve been together for 30+ years, and together we explore how each partner meets conflict and communication differently, and how those differences shape the way they move toward connection.
Together, we unpack the deeper relational dynamics at play, and how tone, timing, energy, and internal reactions shape each moment. We also explore where clarity, curiosity, and presence can open new pathways for connection.
